When you create a brief we collect the details you give us: your company name, contact email, the description of what you're advertising, and any reference images, videos or logos you upload. If you use the website scanner, we fetch the public pages of the site you point us at to fill in your brief.
We use your brief solely to produce your ad: generating ad directions, building the finished video, and emailing it to you. We don't sell your data, share your brief with other customers, or use your uploads to advertise anything other than your own business.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details — Stripe handles the checkout end to end.
We use a session cookie to keep your scan results and uploads attached to your brief while you move between pages, and local storage to keep you signed in. No third-party advertising trackers.
Briefs, uploads and finished ads are kept so you can re-download your work. Email hello@channp.com from your order email and we'll delete your account and associated data.
